张书华,国务院特殊津贴专家,天津财经大学管理可计算建模协同创新中心主任,全国管理科学与工程学会常务理事,天津市人民政府学位委员会学科评议组成员,天津市计算数学学会副理事长,曾任中国政策模拟专业委员会副主任。1996年于中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院获得理学博士学位,师从著名数学家林群院士,后赴加拿大阿尔伯塔大学从事博士后研究工作。现为《Numerical Algebra, Control and Optimization》主编、国际期刊《Journal of Industrial and Management Optimization》编委、《数值计算与计算机应用》杂志编委,曾任《International Journal of Information and Systems Sciences》副主编。多年来在偏微分方程高精度算法及金融衍生品定价方面出版英文专著1部,在SIAM J. Numer. Anal.(计算数学顶级期刊),Automatica (控制论领域顶级期刊),European Journal of Operational Research (运筹学与管理科学顶级期刊),IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems (自动化与控制系统领域顶级期刊),Insurance: Mathematics and Economics (保险精算领域顶级期刊)等高水平期刊上发表了100余篇SCI检索论文,被引超过1200次。,其中部分工作曾获天津市科技进步奖自然科学二等奖、天津市科技奖自然科学三等奖、河南省科技进步奖二等奖、重庆市自然科学三等奖,及天津市第十二届社会科学优秀成果三等奖、天津市第十三届社会科学优秀成果二等奖、天津市第十七届社会科学优秀成果二等奖和天津市第十八届社会科学优秀成果三等奖。。参与完成国家973项目课题2项;主持完成教育部留学回国人员基金项目1项;主持完成国家自然科学基金项目6项,其中包括国家自然科学基金重大研究计划项目1项;主持完成完成国家973项目课题2项;主持完成天津市自然科学基金项目1项;在研国家自然科学基金项目1项;在研俄罗斯科学基金项目“Development of dynamic mathematical models for forecasting critical socio-economic situations and construction of efficient numerical methods for solving such models”(项目类型为俄罗斯联邦总统指令的基础性和探索性科学研究优先领域),张书华教授担任项目首席科学家(leading scientist)。最近,张书华教授的研究小组获天津市创新研究团队。
